An easy-to-find link to the rating tool will be included on your website. This brings your users to a page with the familiar 5-star format and asks them "how did we do?"

Share Feedback

Users are then directed to either provide client feedback (a form with 5 statements for clients to rate & add comments), or review you on a public platform of your choice such as Google, Facebook, or Yelp.
